🎸 ROCK THE BESS – COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER 🎸

Join us for a FREE community event featuring live music, a community potluck, a silent auction, bake sale, cash bar, and community fun — all while raising money for an important local cause!

Developers are proposing TWO large-scale lithium-ion battery energy storage systems (BESS) on Hurley Avenue, and our community is working to make sure residents have a strong voice in the process.

When large-scale lithium-ion battery storage is proposed near homes and neighborhoods, concerns about fires, toxic emissions, and emergency response deserve serious attention.

Rock the BESS is about bringing neighbors together, having a great time, and raising funds to support community legal, advocacy, outreach, and related efforts concerning the proposed BESS projects.
